ICAHD UK Annual General Meeting Saturday 20 June 2020 Dear members,
We are delighted to forward the documentation for the 2020 ICAHD UK Annual General Meeting.
In these strange and difficult times, our AGM will have to be very different this year but let us hope that we will be able to meet up again for a more conventional AGM and Conference weekend in 2021.
Please note that the link you are sent to join the meeting will be unique to you and should not be shared. During the meeting Full details of how the AGM will operate will be given at the beginning of the meeting.
To avoid feedback, please ensure that your microphone is muted during the meeting unless you are invited to ask a question or make a comment.
If you wish to ask a question during the AGM, please click on the 'Chat' button and type your question. The meeting Chair will be able to see this and invite you to ask your question. Any voting procedure will be explained at the beginning of the meeting.
The minutes of the AGM will be distributed as usual.

Practical Arrangements
Date and Time The ICAHD UK AGM will be held at 10.30am on Saturday 20 June 2020 and, due to the Coronavirus pandemic, will be held virtually over Zoom. The AGM will last for a maximum of one hour and will be immediately followed by an hour-long informal presentation and discussion with ICAHD Director Jeff Halper on the way forward for ICAHD, his thoughts on the growing One Democratic State Campaign, developments towards annexation, global solidarity etc. We aim to close the meeting by 12.30pm.
Registration
To register to participate in the AGM please click on this link (https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZIucuGvrzsoHdSgNBSq-cm4ovPNCxii0U-n) and complete the short form with your name and email address before Saturday 13 June. We will then get back to you as quickly as possible to confirm your registration and send a link which you should click a few minutes before the AGM starts to gain access to the meeting. If you do not have Zoom on your Computer, this will automatically be installed when you click the link to the meeting. The process may take a few minutes and you will be asked to enter your name - for security reasons, your name will not be displayed during the meeting.
