THE ICAHD UK ANNUAL CONFERENCE IS ALMOST HERE! Dear friend,
Our 2019 Conference is almost upon us and we look forward to meeting you at Amnesty International UK, 25 New Inn Yard, London EC2A 3EA on Saturday! To confirm, the Conference itself runs from 11.30am to 5,00pm and includes a buffet lunch and morning and afternoon refreshments.
Doors open for registration at 9.45am with our AGM, open to all members of ICAHD UK, from 10.15 to 11.15am.
In order for the Conference to be a success, we rely on the help and enthusiasm of our members. Many thanks to all those of you who have already volunteered to help with our stalls, food, in the auditorium or in other ways - we really do appreciate your support - it would not be possible to run the Conference without you! We could do with a few more helpers on the day - if you are willing and able to help, for example, spending a few minutes setting out or packing away the buffet lunch or helping staff a stall before the Conference or during breaks, please send Malcolm, our administrator, a quick email toinfo@icahduk.org and we'll get straight back to you. If you will not be attending the AGM and would be willing to help staff a stall during the AGM (i.e. from around 10.10 until 11.15am) this would also be a huge help.
We look forward to seeing you some of you at the Member's Dinner on Friday and catching up with you all on Saturday.
Best wishes
