In the Sunday programme on BBC Radio 4 on January 5th, presenter Ed Stourton suggested to Revd Lucy

Winkett, Rector of St James, Piccadilly, that the 26 foot replica wall installation outside her church, which

hosted the Bethlehem Unwrapped festival, risked overwhelming the other aspects and messages of the festival.

He was questioning whether it was appropriate whether a high profile central London should be used to make

what appeared to largely a political point, at Christmas.
