This fundraising tour offers a rare opportunity to hear and question an Israeli dissident and human rights activist, Ruth Edmonds, who has previously worked with New Profile, ActiveStills, the Alternative Information Centre, Ma’an Development Agency, Anarchists Against the Wall, and Boycott from Within, and is now the Advocacy Officer for the Israeli Committee Against House Demolitions. Ruth will speak on the multiple levels of oppression by which the resistance is stifled and the occupation maintained by Israeli society, and how this is now exported via security infrastructure to countries around the world, including the UK.
